Tickets are personal and non-transferable, valid only for the day, time and number of people indicated on them. No changes or refunds are allowed. The price of the tickets and the reduction and/or free policy will be those established on the website and in the Bucarelli information supports. Avalid official document must be shown to prove eligibility when collecting free or reduced tickets on the day of the visit. . Children under 14 years of age cannot access the space alone and must be accompanied by an adult during the entire visit. Visitors must attend to the instructions of the staff at all times. Accessing the building with objects or substances that may pose a risk to the integrity of people or parts is prohibited.
